Baylor Homecoming

This weekend, Avery and I made the long trip to Waco for Baylor Homecoming. It was so much fun and we had a blast catching up with old friends and visiting Baylor again. The worst part was the 7 1/2 hour drive to Waco from our house. We did break up the drive in Abilene and Avery did amazing considering she is a 2 year old. I am so glad that we got to go even though my sweet husband wasn't able to make it due to his work schedule. We will definitely go again! It seems that I didn't get many pics with all the friends that I saw... sorry. It was so crazy.
Me and my roommate Becca sitting by Judge Baylor before Pigskin.
Avery took it upon herself to explore the Baylor campus... or "Mama old school" as she referred to it the whole weekend.
She carried that little yellow ducky key chain around the whole time. It was the only thing she wanted in the bookstore - so funny.
Betsy and Aves looking at the Baylor Bear mascot exhibit.
Playing in the bouncy house during the bonfire.
Old friends Meg and Brittany at the bonfire.
Aves, Me, Callie, Sarah, Betsy (cousins)
Worn out after a late night... it was Baylor's 100th Anniversary this year.
Ready for the parade in her precious cheerleader uniform... thanks Nona.
Sharing her balloons with Brookelynn (kinda)
We were so glad to see Courtney, Bailey, and sweet Brookelynn at the parade.
The whole group we went with - Mom, Me, Aves, Aunt Karla, Sarah, Betsy, Callie at the parade.
Laughing at Nona
What a fun weekend we had - I know you can't really tell from Avery's facial expression in this particular picture - she is all 2 when it comes to attempting to get good pics! Gotta love it.
